Need LSA certification OR SSA certification with overall 10 yrs exp, includes 5 yrs in pega and strong J2ee background.

This architect would own the architecture and design for a critical program.

Roles&Responsibilities includes:

·         Performance, Security

·         Rule use guidance

·         Governance – Guardrails, follow coding standards, follow standards

·         Class structure, Design Patterns, thought leadership, enforce best practices, promoting reuse, refactoring

·         Make sure the application is scalable, challenging the team.

·         Provide design directions in the form of document, new features in Pega 7.1.7

·         Architecture directions

o   Code review

o   System view diagram (component diagram)

o   Integration support on new channels

o   Complex logic/critical component design guidance and review

·         Establish and enforce non-functional requirements (Ex: Service time out, error handling etc)

·         Proactive application monitoring framework to alert of an issue before it is reported (Service failures, requestor issues etc)

·         Create a healthy backlog of the improvements and drive them.

·         Share weekly updates on the progress and the saves realized (success stories).
