Job Description

The client is seeking a motivated, dynamic Mobile Applications Developer to consult for its innovative technology team in revolutionizing Homeless Management Information Systems. The Agency uses some of the latest technologies and enterprise-wide application solutions in its groundbreaking work to prevent homelessness and improve the agency's business operations.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in a fast-paced environment, is customer-service oriented, keeps abreast of new technologies has experience with common software development lifecycle management and engineering tools and is a problem solver with strong communication skills. This individual can quickly identify critical elements in complex business processes, and is able to take initiative, work independently, and collaborate effectively with others to rapidly create technology solutions. 

Required Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Provide mobile solutions natively on the iOS and Android platforms, as well as on cross-platform frameworks like Appcelerator, Xamarin, and React. 
  • Lead technical design, delivery, and architecture on major new platforms and products for a team of mobile developers.
  • Implement high performance, web services and web and mobile applications.
  • Keep abreast of new technologies.  Evaluate new tech and incorporate it into team's technical architecture. 
  • Required to keep up with Android, iOS, and Windows improvements and implement those on a wide array of apps and mobile solutions.
  • Worked On or published at least one App.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Objective-C, Swift, or Java
  • Working knowlege of Git, MongoDB, SQL, and NodeJS
  • .NET and C# is a plus
