Job Description:
Experienced, self starters to work onsite and manage operational aspects of Physical Security tools (camera, badging, tracking, etc systems), primarily in a lab environment with an existing team.
Senior Operations Lead:
- Driving application upgrades and deployments globally
- Supports broader operational support team with SEV's, bugs, general issues
- Part of oncall rotations
- Release manager for changes vetted in our R&D lab
- Assists with coordination and changes to production systems
- Assists with deploying beta tests/POC troubleshooting with new technologies
- Assists with working through the tasks assigned to IT Security Engineering R&D
- Assists with training our front line HelpDesk and operations support center headcount (as needed)
- Requirements
- Expert experience with MS SQL Server 2008R2/2012, Windows Server 2012, SCOM, SCCM. Chef, REST API, Powershell, C#, enterprise physical security experience is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot networking issues around switches and firewalls, ACL denials
- MS SQL DBA, Windows Server Admin, Security application development experience is a plus
- Demonstrated process improvement and project management experience, preferably with implementation of large scale enterprise security applications
- Ability to multi-task in an incredibly fast-moving environment across multiple functions and several dynamic projects
- Skilled in problem solving, system administration in a changing environment.
