Mandatory Technical Skills 

* Highly proficient in Java, J2EE and capable of doing hands-on Development and Deployment in an onsite/ offshore model
* Hands on experience on JBoss and Jetty servers.
* Working experience on application migration from JBoss to Jetty web servers.
* Knowledge of application infrastructure management
* Knowledge in Unix, shall scripting and able to create/edit ksh scripts
* Drive the selection of migration methodology and technology  to ensure a common implementation plan.
* Work to draft design documentation templates to be able to work toward server specific migration documents.
* Working proficiency on Oracle databases
* Create architectural design documents where needed.
* Support actual migrations from planning phase all the way through to execution phase on migration weekend.
* Strong technical & functional requirement analysis capability, presentation creation and delivery skills.
* Orchestrates multiple activities simultaneously.
* Possesses strong influencing skills to accomplish migration project objectives.
* Perform Hands-on analysis, design, development and deployment of solutions
* Deploying solutions using version control systems likeGitHub,  Subversion or CVS
* Actively seeks input and feedback, listens, takes action and keeps others informed in a timely manner
* Understand the technical solution and constraints faced by IS&T, communicate to Business.
* Maintain project documentation on customer given wiki / intranet web site.
