Title : HRIS/Human resource management system (HRMS) Analyst

Duration : 12 months contract

Location : Nashville, TN

Rate : DOE

The candidate does not require knowledge of specific systems.  They more concerned about finding someone that can conduct basic Analyst responsibilities (e.g., gather requirements, coordinate system testing, analyze data, create training content).

They are looking to start within a week or two, preferably 1/11.  The client prefers a F2F interview.

HRIS Analyst Contractor

·         Gather and communicate business requirements

·         Coordinate and lead user acceptance testing

·         Generate reports (Cognos or Microsoft Access experience preferred)

·         Analyze workforce data

·         Create employee survey's (SurveyMonkey experience preferred)

·         Create training material

·         Assist with system production support issues
