Job Responsibilities
•DevOps Engineer
•3+ years working with Linux or Unix environments
•2+ years experience with Chef, Puppet, Salt, or Ansible in production environments with many nodes
•Strong scripting skills, i.e., Powershell, Python, Bash, Ruby, Perl, etc.
•Experience with revision control source code repositories (Git, SVN, Mercurial, Perforce)
•Experience in management of continuous integration servers like Jenkins, Bamboo and TeamCity
•Experience with seamless/automated build scripts used for release management across all environments
•Experience with automated testing tools (i.e. Selenium, JMeter)
•Experience with Orchestration tools such as Scalr, Cliqr, etc
•Experience in Agile Scrum teams (i.e. JIRA/Confluence, Rally)
•Experience working in and with Global Teams
•Understanding and experience with code deployment (tagging)
•Understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA and REST)
•Familiarity with any monitoring tools like Sensu, Graphana/Graphite, Incinga, SiteScope, etc.
•Familiarity with Cloud Formation and JSON
•Working knowledge of software issue resolution and root cause analysis, administration, and knowledge of deploying applications into an enterprise service bus
Functions:
•Cloud Customer Solutions L3 support
•Automation technology, tool and process development
•Communicate actively amongst various cloud solutions teams including support and engineering
•Coordinate with project management for the completion of stories in the Agile methodology
•Drive issue resolution and root cause analysis and report communications back to stakeholders
