Job Description:
Description: We are looking for bright people who are passionate about turning data into actionable information and are committed to our customers' mission. In this role you will interact with an Agile BI development team to create powerful new visualizations for our client. You will work with our customers from requirements gathering phase to implementation. You will work in a fast moving, dynamic environment and will have the support of Business Objects experts.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:
· 5+ years of IT experience
· 5+ years of BusinessObjects experience (XI R3 or higher)
· 3+ years working with Xcelsius or other BusinessObjects dashboarding tools
· Worked on multiple phases (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation) of the Systems Development Lifecycle, including experience with the Agile SDLC methodology
· BusinessObjects experience includes Universe and Web Intelligence report development
· 5+ years of working with SQL queries
· Great verbal, interpersonal, and written communications skills
· BS degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or a related field
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· BusinessObjects configuration or administration experience
· Experience working with Enterprise Data Warehouse solutions
· Previous consulting experience, preferably in the federal sector
· Experience working with Agile development methodology
