Job Description:
Title: Functional PeopleSoft Functional CRM Consultant – REQUIREMENT
Type: Contract
Duration: 9+Months
Location: Dallas-TX
Must: LinkedIn Id, Skype or G-talk Id.
Responsibilities:
• This is an upgrade project of the CRM suite to version 9.2 Prior upgrade experience is a must with a big preference of having upgrade experience to this version, 9.2.
• Provide PeopleSoft functional consulting services by acting as subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire systems development lifecycle.
• Work on all project phases including fit/gap, configuration, and testing.
• Assist clients in fully integrating the PeopleSoft system into their current business environments and provide input on best practices.
• Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems.
• Configure the PeopleSoft system to meet each client's unique business requirements.
• Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Report progress to clients and project managers.
• Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering PeopleSoft solutions.
• Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology.
Required skills:
• Minimum of 7 years PeopleSoft experience.
• Must have CRM implementation and/or upgrade experience.
• Experience with PeopleSoft version 9.2 or a minimum of 9.0 but the 9.2 is strongly preferred
• Ability to work on all project phases.
• Solid understanding of time reporting, including reported time, scheduled time and exceptions.
• Solid understanding of Time Reporting Codes, Workgroups, Task groups and Rules.
• Understands integration of Time & Labor with PeopleSoft Payroll.
