SN Required Information Details:
1. Role CRM Functional Consultant.
2. Required Technical Skill Set Oracle Apps CRM Functional Consultant (CRM).
3. Desired Experience Range 10 yrs.
4. Location of Requirement Morrisville, NC Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency).
Must-Have:
1. Functional knowledge on Depot Repair, Install Base.
2. Good Understanding of Oracle AOL.
3. Oracle Workflow.
4. RMA Process understanding.
5. Strong communication skills.
Good-to-Have
1. Knowledge on Base on Oracle Order Management Modules Supply chain, purchasing modules.
2. XML Publisher.
3. OA Framework.
4. Oracle Discoverer.
SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:
1 Should be familiar with initiating discussion with Business Group on requirement gathering and workshop sessions.
2 Build Functional Design documents.
3 Maintain OUM documentation.
4 Execute test cases for testing the customized component developed.
5 Oracle APPS architecture & having brief Technical knowledge on Modules and the Oracle Database table mapping.
6 Conduct User Training's & CRPs.
