Title : IOS Developer

Location: Boca Raton, suburb just north of Ft. Lauderdale, FL

Our client is a leading retail giant and in need of an iOS Mobile Applications Developer will be responsible for development of iOS applications in their south FL offices

In this position, the iOS Mobile Applications Developer will work with a global team to produce compelling enterprise ecommerce mobile applications. Strong knowledge of ecommerce and PCI environment is preferred. The iOS Mobile Applications Developer will interface with product and design teams on a daily basis.  

Our client is not a "mom and pop" small business but rather a Fortune 200 company and needs a Mobile Developer (iOS) that has experience developing mobile projects in large enterprise environment.

Job Functions:

·         Design and build advanced wellness applications on the iOS platform.

·         Work with UX designers to help drive great UI experiences

·         Collaborate around the creation of new and existing features.

·         Unit-test code for robustness and stability.

·         Perform basic engineering, design, implementation, and maintenance tasks

·         Understand and use best practices for software development processes and support

·         Document configuration procedures

·         Operational tool development, monitoring, logging, reporting, controls and automation

Requirements:

·         Candidate must have prior experience in high availability/high scalability robust environment preferably with ecommerce background.

·         Core skills include: xcode and would be beneficial swift, flurry.

·         Should be very knowledgeable of iOS, ecommerce, ApplePay, Swift and NFC

·         The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3-5 years' experience in the following areas:

·         iOS development with Objective-C, Swift preferred.

·         Minimum 2 apps in the Apple App Store

·         Strong understanding of Cocoa frameworks.

·         Familiar with Bluetooth, NFC and other short distance wireless communication technology

·         Third party SDK integration experience

·         Deep knowledge of iOS UX/UI

·         Fast, motivated learner, excellent organizational skills

·         Experience with REST web services

·         Continuous Deployment mechanisms and integration tools, including plugins for Jenkins

·         Highly motivated and able to think proactively.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Experience with Git
