Role: Technical Lead

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement version control system and customer version and patch release processes

• Define and implement all aspects of quality assurance and testing environments

• Maintaining and updating all software documentation, and reviewing end user documentation

• Troubleshooting field deployed systems in conjunction with reseller and field support personnel

• Interface with product designers on any hardware device changes or enhancements

Qualifications:

• AS, BE in engineering or computer science

• 1-4 years LabVIEW development experience, certification a plus

• Experience defining source code management, version and patch release engineering processes

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Fast and eager at learning and applying new technology

• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and software debugging skills

Helpful Skills

• Experience working with optical camera systems and/or programming complex geometrical calculations

• Experience with welding processes

• Experience designing and developing robust unit and system test environments

• Working knowledge of signal processing in time and frequency domains

• Experience with any of the following: signal conditioning, data acquisition, electronic test instruments, C/C++/C#, real-time

control, CAD, UML, documentation, proposals, National Instruments hardware (PXI, DAQ, RIO)
