·         Should have knowledge on Upgrading lifecyle as adopted in Pharma domain.

·         Should have excellent knowledge of Maximo and its interfaces to various applications including legacy

·         Should have knowledge on the Pharma processes like IQ, OQ, PQ; standards practices – GxP, SOX  etc.

·         Should be able to study the existing system and create requirements, functional documentation and others as needed by the project/s.

·         Documents changes to applications, integration and conversion plans.  May develop and maintain system and application architecture diagrams.

·         Ensures the adherence to quality standards and procedures.  Reviews modules for quality assurance and ensures compliance with application architecture standards and SLAs

·         Promotes effective use of information technology by educating users on system functionality.  Assesses the need for customer training on application usage

·         Provides technical leadership, coaching and mentoring to team members, including guidance or system expertise

·         Develops reports and presentations for senior management

·         Promote cross-training and resource-sharing with other IT teams

·         Assists in defining and creating security profiles

·         Ability to interact with client and business teams to understand the system and translate the knowledge into required documentation

·         Project defined deliverables

·         Proof of concepts, as required

·         Technical requirements and specifications

·         Application design with detailed process flows

·         Programs and interfaces, development in compliance with predefined development standards

·         Testing and deployment plans

·         Status reports to senior management
