Technical Skills & Knowledge:
Primary Skills:Project Manager, PMP, (Clinical / EHR)
Responsibilities:
Enterprise-level Project Management experience is required.
Experience working in a clinical environment and migration of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Formal training in project management is also required.
PMP certification is preferred.
Strong understanding of business process improvement is required. Demonstrated strong negotiating, planning, team building, coaching, financial and risk management skills.
Good understanding of emerging technologies. Must be able to lead efforts to assess the competitiveness of new technologies in relation to the overall goals and objectives of the University.
Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills.
