Position : Sr. Identity & Access Engineer
Location : Santa Clara, CA or Malta, NY
Duration : 6+ Months
Primary Responsibilities:
● Technical EAD the entire Identity and Access Management setup in all offices in the US region, requiring experiences in Microsoft Active Directory environment
● Oversee daily operation tasks including managing user accounts, trouble-shooting connection issues, and resolve daily issues
● Architect role to drive global standardized solutions for our environment
● Act as a global resource to support outages of this environment in other regions where needed
● Act as a focal point for the Identity and Access Management team with internal users in US in a advisory role in understanding the business and technical environment, identifying and analyzing
business and technical requirements, issues, risks, and controls
● Demonstrate general knowledge of IAM best practices. Ability to integrate Legacy applications into existing IAM solution
Essential Knowledge
● Very strong experience and knowledge on following identity and access management products: Microsoft Active Directory 2012, Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager, Microsoft Active Directory
Federation Services
● Strong experience in planning, implementation and operation of solutions in one of the follow-the areas: Identity Management, Access Management and Single Sign-On (SSO), authentication and
authorization concepts (Kerberos, Federation, Web SSO, SAML), process modeling for user and authorization management, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
● Excellent understanding of security issues, application-level security, encryption, SSL, and vulnerabilities etc.
● Creating individual, innovative concepts in the IAM environment
● Designing IAM and SSO architectures
● Bring pilot solutions into production
● Implement the correct level of security based on current standards and customer requirements
● Identity Management experience including access control, single sign-on, authentication, authorization
● Development skills in Java, scripting, packaging, provisioning approvals, workflows and role-based access control.
● Good knowledge of software development lifecycle practices and methodologies
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Exhibit strong collaboration and leadership skills

Location : Santa Clara, CA or Malta, NY
Duration : 6+ Months
· Similar skills as above but lesser experience acceptable as responsibility would be to handle daily operational tasks for IAM; including managing user accounts, trouble-shooting connection issues, and resolve daily issues.
