Position : Sr Oracle HR Applications Developer
Duration : 6+Months
Sr Oracle HR Applications Developer
· Minimum exp. With 9-10Yrs of exp.
· Oracle HR Applications Software Engineer with experience developing
· Oracle HR OBIA/Business Intelligence Reports and Dashboards.
· Must have significant experience in Oracle HR product functionality and technical.
· In particular looking for someone with strong development experience in design/build of dashboards, reports, ETL (ODI) for HR OBIA and/or OTBI in Oracle Fusion.
· Primary role will be in HR OBIA custom Dashboard development and HR OTBI for Taleo and Fusion HCM Implementations.
· Strong experience in BI Publisher, SQL, PL/SQL. Oracle EBS HR & Oracle Fusion HCM.
· Experience building and customizing modules in Oracle Applications Framework development (not just personalizing it). Should have working knowledge of Java.
· Ability to own and drive delivery on all project phases including analysis, design, development and roll out.
· Tracks, documents and communicates project status to stakeholders in a disciplined manner.
· Support existing HRIS Systems by providing responsive and effective expertise.
· Develop training and knowledge sharing material including guides, FAQ, demos, web content, social collaboration setups etc.
· Ability to Project Lead small/intermediate HRIS projects thru effective partnering with HR functional leaders, IT, MIS and software vendors.
· Working knowledge of Oracle Application Development Framework ADF and Fusion Middleware.
· Working knowledge of Web Services.
Qualifications:
· Solid understanding of the Oracle Core Human Resources Management System (HRMS) and related self-service modules.
· Significant hands on experience with two or more of these:
· Oracle Fusion Talent Management Implementation
· Oracle Fusion Core HR Implementation
· Oracle Taleo Enterprise Edition Recruiting Implementation
· Oracle HR Business Intelligence
· Oracle BI Publisher
· Oracle PL/SQL
· Designing and developing interfaces between Oracle applications and other internal/external applications.
Also,
· B.S. degree in Business, Information Systems, Computing or similar area.
· 5+ years. Oracle Human Resources/Oracle Fusion HCM development experience.
· Strong functional knowledge of Human Resources.
· Proactive, self-starting, independent, team-oriented.
· Excellent written communication and verbal skills.
· Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and time constraints.
· Excellent applied analytical skills.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Project Management skills.
