Position : QA Analyst - Level I 

Location : Torrance, CA (Local Only)

Duration : Long Term

 

• Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results and test status

• Collects and analyzes data for software process evaluation and improvements, and integrates them into business processes to address the business needs

• Documents all problems and assists in their resolution

• Delivers quality process training to technical staff and acts as an internal quality consultant to advise or influence business or technical partners

• Performs quality audits across the various IT functions to ensure quality standards, procedures and methodologies are being followed.

• As the QA Professional for CRMS Next Gen Program, you will be responsible for the tasks including developing Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Case.

• You will also be working with the development team to create test data, triage issues, and report on testing statistics.  The QA Profession is expected to have strong understanding of software development in Agile Methodology with extensive experience on testing methodology and working with the large project team.

• Should be able to communicate with multiple implementation team and ensure adherence to processes

• BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience

• 0 to 1 years system development, testing, and/or business experience

• Knowledge on Release Management Process; cloud experience is a plus

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Able to work efficiently and meet/exceed deadlines under pressure

• Ability to develop test cases from business requirement; cross reference requirement to test case coverage

• Knowledge and experience with test methodology, QA process and the SDLC In Agile

• Highly collaborative and able to give/receive critical feedback

• Ability to work in team environment

• Solid ability to take ownership and initiative

• Experience working with a software development team

• Salesforce Implementation is a plus
