Title : Scrum Master/Sr. Project Manager

Core Responsibilities:

·         Enable teams to manage the health of their Sprints

o   Iteration Burndown (per Sprint) - reviewed daily - Displays how many hours remain - how many storypoints remain

o   Iteration Burndown Cumulative Flow (per Sprint) - reviewed daily - Displays active work compared to total work.  How much work is being work on concurrently

·         Assist the teams with Release Planning and Tracking

·         Contributes to the team's drive for transparency. Simple, very visible progress charts serve as helpful tools for communicating how far the team is toward the completion of their goals.

·         Providing project leadership of large, high-value application development, data integration, and analytics projects to achieve key business objectives.

·         Directing cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams.

·         Understanding business needs and leading people through the process of project/program definition and scoping.

·         Understanding overall project/program objectives, as well as the role and function of each program stakeholder, including: clients, delivery teams, financial team, and senior management.

·         Ensuring that project objectives/requirements are clear and agreed to by all stakeholders.

·         Developing project plans and leading resources to meet planned deliverables.

·         Ensuring program / project governance processes are properly established and followed.

·         Managing the financial impact/budget for programs/projects.

·         Translating highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences.

·         Ensuring that risks are identified, communicated, and mitigated and that projects are delivered successfully

·         Leading multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating across multiple project teams on a daily basis.

·         Guiding teams to complete projects on-time, on-budget, and on-scope.

·         Providing clear and concise management and executive-level communications on status, issues, and risks.

·         Participating in the creation and improvement of project management processes.

·         Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Information System or relevant field.

Candidates will possess:

·         3+ years DIRECT Scrum Master responsibilities; last 3 assignments as Scrum Master

·         Proven experience in Agile SCRUM a requirement

·         Deep facilitationskills in scrum ceremonies (daily standup, sprint planning, sprint demo, retrospective, and any other meetings the team needs)

·         Strong background and experience with application development, data warehousing,business intelligence, and analytics projects

·         Verifiable 5 + years of experience as a successfully leading Projects while using Agile methodology

·         SCRUM Master certification required; PMP certification a plus

·         Experience with health care industry and data a strong plus

·         Well versed in standard project management methodologies, including but not limited to: Agile SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative Development

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills.

·         Proven listening, facilitation, and negotiation skills with onshore and offshore resources.

·         Demonstrates success managing large, complex IT projects autonomously while connecting the interrelationship of projects across the business landscape.

·         Experience leading program / project budgets of $2M +.

·         Demonstrated understanding of the business and financial aspects of project management.

·         Demonstrated success communicating across a variety of audiences, including business people and technologists (both up and down the organization).
