Job Title:             Performance Engineer

Location:             Lincolnshire, IL

Type of hire:       12+ months Contract

Rate-$44/hr (Max)

Technical/Functional Skills

 Performance Engineering with Load Runner Experience6-8 years

 Oracle database

 Oracle Data Integrator 12c (ODI)

 Knowledge of Linux is must.

 Visual VM tool Experience Required 6-8 years

Roles & Responsibilities Performance Engineer responsibilities:

 Understanding the nonfunctional requirements from the business users.

 Developing test scripts.

 Enhancing the scripts by creating/implementing:

 Test execution and monitoring

 Analyzing the test results

 Generating the performance reports and sharing the observations details

 Able to provide suggestion on the areas where tuning is required

 Experience in Test planning, developing testing strategies and coordinating and

tracking testing progress and reporting the status to the clients and all

stakeholders

 Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work with Business analysts, Leads/Managers and to resolve issues and risks.

Generic Managerial Skills

 Monitor project status to make sure they adhere to the SLA and highlight any risk or discrepancy to all the stakeholders

 Daily Reporting on the progress of project status to the client and the stakeholders

Education B.E/B.Tech/MS/MCA/BS
