Absolute Must-Haves:
1. C#
2. .NET Framework (v4.0+)
3. ASP.NET (Web Forms a must)
4. HTML
5. CSS
6. JavaScript
7. JQuery
8. T-SQL
9. ORM (i.e. ADO.NET, Entity Framework, NHibernate)
10. Design and architecture of N-tier applications
11. Design patterns and practices (i.e. MVC, MVVM, Factory, Singleton, etc.)
12. AJAX
Nice-To-Haves:
Knowledge and Experience with the Following Technologies and Concepts:
1. Microsoft MVC Framework a big plus
2. Client-side data binding (template) frameworks (i.e. Knockout.js, AngularJS, Ember.js)
3. HTML5
4. CSS3
5. Mobile (i.e. Objective C, Android, Windows Phone)
