What are the top 3 MUST HAVE technologies of the position?
1. Strong SQL/ Technical skills
2. Tableau- doesn't have to be as strong in this as SQL, but have a basic understanding, he said Tableau is written more in business terms and if someone is as technical as he needs they should be able to adapt quickly to it.
3. Strong Excel/VBA

Job Responsibilities
* Develop regular reporting on metrics and provide ongoing recommendations based on data
* Provide information and data analysis of key contact center metrics to ensure the customer care department maximizes the operating efficiencies and reporting capabilities.
* Write queries, views, or stored procedures to extract data
* Test and validate reports to insure accuracy and quality
* Maintain, automate and increase efficiency of existing reports
* Create scripts for importing, exporting, analyzing, mapping and converting data
* Develop and maintain a variety of report types, including but not limited to pivot, tabular, drill down, matrix, charts
