Title :Lead QA Automation Testers with Selenium

Location : Mason, Ohio

Duration :6+ Months

Automation Testers Position in Mason, Ohio – Local candidates take priority

·         Test Automation

·         Test Lead

·         Data driven, keyword, and hybrid framework development/design

·         Highly modular/maintainable automation design

·         Selenium, Appium, and other automation tool experience

·         Automation coding experience - preferably Java Coding (Necessary for automation framework development/maintenance)

·         Object Oriented Programming

·         Java/J2EE

·         Leadership/Coordination

·         Familiar with phases of project leadership from initiation through close-out

·         Ability to leverage tools such as Gantt Charts and Work Breakdown Structures to organize and manage project tasks

This is for a Tester Lead Role.

Responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements; conducts audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation. May require an advanced degree and at least 6 years of direct experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
