Role: Hardware Engineer

Duration: 6+ Months

Location: Erie, PA

Required:

·         Hands on Experience with Digital Design, Circuit Analysis, Schematics Design, Schematics Layout/Capture, Board Layout support, Components/parts selection

·         Should be Familiar with tools : Mentor graphics DX designer for schematics, Mentor graphics tools for layout

·         Knowledge of Analog Design and FPGA Design, IP added advantage.

·         Able to communicate with cross functional teams (Shop test, manufacturing, Suppliers, Sourcing, Drafting team.)

·         Should be familiar with EMI/EMC, Shock and Vibration, Environmental qualification, Signal integrity test, Functional Testing.

·         Should prepare Documentation, Purchase Specifications, User Manuals

·         Work with vendors and sourcing to define technical requirements for the product/components.

·         Familiar with Rail Road Standards like AREMA etc.

Qualification/Requirements

•                    Bachelor's /Master's degree in Electrical/ Electronics/Instrumentation Engg.

•                    6 to 10 years' experience in Hardware Digital Design and development

•                    Proven analytical, interpersonal, communication, organization, planning and leadership skills. 

•                    Process  focus  and  continuous  improvement  orientation.
