Job Description :
The resource will be responsible for troubleshooting and problem resolution when the employee has issues, ie: forgot password, password needs to be updated, HR accidentally added a new employee to the system twice and that needs to be corrected, user rights changes and new accesses approved, etc…
Required Skills :
• The primary day-to-day responsibility of the resource will be maintenance of the IBM system- Identity Image System
• The hired candidate will need Identity Image System experience
