Please look for TIBCO Admin profiles with prior experience on big banks such as Barclays, Citi, Morgan, JPMC etc.

-10+ Years of Administrator experience on Middleware Technologies with good exposure to Banking industry.

- Strong Experience of Middleware technologies TIBCO RV / JMS / RMI

-Experience in scripts development such as csh or Perl 

–Any Knowledge of Solace will be an extra benefit but not mandatory. 

Technical Skills and Competencies:

·         Incident and Problem Management, Live environment support of Middleware components

·         Experience in any major RDBMS (e.g. Oracle or SQL) on Unix/Linux platform

·         Experience in scripts development such as csh or Perl

·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

·         Ability to implement and influence security concepts and solutions of Middleware components.

·         Experience of working in a change delivery and/or1st / 2ndline Middleware support environment.

·         Analytical ability including root cause identification and pro-active service improvement.

·         To support the continued availability, effectiveness and risk compliance of the infrastructure.

·         To own change and monitoring solutions, while ensuring no unplanned service outage.
