Position:              Business Analyst

Location:             Milwaukee, WI

Duration:             6+ months

Job Description

·         Strong organizational skills

·         Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM – implementation experience desired

·         Effective communication in a group environment

·         Understands end-to-end processes associated with manufacturers (e.g. Market-to-Quote, Order-to-Cash, etc.)

·         Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

·         Desired – operational knowledge of ERP or database systems (such as SAP, SQL, Oracle)

Collaboration &Teamwork

·         Participates in cross functional groups and meetings to understand business processes and requirements; able to document "as is" and "to be" states

Business:

·         At an "understanding" level, demonstrates knowledge of Direct and Channel Sales, Marketing, and Production

·         Working knowledge of process improvement or re-engineering methodologies

Customer Focus:

·         Learns and comprehends the operational needs of Rockwell Automation business groups and stakeholders

Education/Experience:

·         Business or related undergraduate degree

·         Minimum 9 years combined business analyst or process roles, including a minimum of 3 years with business readiness or implementation responsibilities
