Job Description:
The Technical SME will play a key role in documenting requirements for a global internal CMS system to support the global e-Commerce web site. This individual is advanced in all things Endeca Experience Manager and Business Control Center (BCC) related to ensuring client requirements are met and technical requirements are documented.
Responsibilities:
· Work with internal teams and clients to identify and document new requirements/enhancements using ATG Endeca Experience Manager, Business Control Center (BCC) and ATG Commerce
· Establish and maintain all artifacts in customer and internal repository
· Work with the clients (application architects & leads) to identify and document new requirements and enhancements for a particular workstream
· Host customer and client meetings. Work with the PM and internal team in scheduling and preparation of transitioning documentation
Analysis and Solution Definition:
· Work with management & customer implementation teams to understand and document business requirements
· Creation and ownership of project documentation, such as Business Requirements Document and Functional Specification Document
· Assist in the creation, communication and execution of project timelines and deliverables
· Effectively communicate business needs to development and quality assurance teams
· Oversee the project through its full life cycle, from sales to proposal, design, development, testing and delivery.
· Apply methodology and standards to existing projects
Client Management:
· Be an active participant and leader in client-facing meetings
· Anticipate client needs before they arise and present solutions to project management
· Understand client expectations and recognize when issues/events may affect delivery
Basic Requirements:
· Four-year college degree or equivalent.
· Must have: 4+ years experience within the eCommerce domain - ATG Endeca Experience Manager, Business Control Center (BCC) and ATG Commerce
· Excellent oral communication and presentation skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with project stakeholders across multiple geographies
· Strong facilitation skills. Must be able to lead conversations and elicit & document requirements from clients
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
· Extensive knowledge of ATG Endeca Experience Manager, Business Control Center (BCC) and Commerce
