| Role | SD |
| Mandatory Technical Skills | 1. Work directly with business departments within Arthrex to understand the problem or opportunity 2. Identify technical functionality that aligns with desired new business capabilities 3. Create business requirements for minor to moderate break/fix or enhancements 4. Plan and manage user acceptance testing activities 5. Plan and manage roll out of new functionality to production environment 6. Assist with day to day production support as needed

| Desirable Technical Skills | • At least five years' experience within a business function with business analysis or business process improvement activity required • At least five years' experience with SAP SD • Experience with SAP WM and GTS • Experience with implementing Global SAP environment • Proficient in Testing and Documentation using proper methodologies • Proficient in writing business requirements • Previous position in Pharma or Medical Device industry a plus

| Mandatory Functional Skills | 1. Ability to co-ordinate with multiple technical teams, Business users and Customer 2. Strong communication 3. Strong troubleshooting skills |
