Summary:

Plan, direct, or coordinate business requirements gathering activities for web development projects.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in IT, systems development, or a related field. Eight plus years relevant experience with previous project management experience required.

Skills and Competencies: Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one's time. Knowledge of production planning processes, quality control, purchasing and other areas for effective manufacture and distribution of goods. Knowledge of business, strategic planning, and project management. Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.

Candidate Responsibilities:
Position will be a key team member gathering and documenting user requirements for web portal development. The position works with users, project teams, and the IT team though the Agile Software Development process to ensure quick delivery of needed systems and enhancements. Business process through IT Development

Skills Required:
MS Office skills, PC skills, Experience documenting IT requirements, Experience in managing projects and work streams. Portal experience/knowledge desired. Processing Business Analysis and Change management
