To ensure delivery of projects as per schedule with development of good quality codes, feature development / enhancements, bug fixing and design testing for ensured functional performance

(1.) To effectively design and develop good quality codes for projects as per customer requirements and specifications to be delivered within agreed timelines.

(2.) To effectively analyse and resolve emergencies and priority issues from the customer sites at all times

(3.) To develop features for enhancements/additions and remove, resolve and fix bugs to facilitate performance

(4.) To thoroughly understand the product architecture and customer requirements and specifications for code development

(5.) To conduct Unit tests and integration testing of developed code to ensure functional performance

Additional requirement

Mandatory:
• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Biomedical Engineering
• 5+ years' experience in embedded software design and development
• Proficient in C and C++ programming
• Strong Experience in device driver development on microcontroller based platform for various modules like I2C, GPIO, Timers, UART.
• Experience in Bootloader and software upgrade modules on microcontroller based platform.
• Experience in Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) (QNX – big plus)
• Experience in Embedded IDEs like Kiel, CCS, IAR or similar
• Experience in embedded software debugging techniques with and without debuggers
• Experience in using tools like Power Supplies, Oscilloscopes
• Experience in all phases of SDLC.
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong analytical, interpersonal & communication skills

Preferable:
• Prior experience with safety-critical or medical products a plus
• Prior experience in Agile development a plus
• Prior experience with multi-threaded applications
