Role: Oracle EBS Techno Functional Consultant

Location: Englewood, CO

Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description:

·         This is a technical consultant role requiring hands on techno-functional expertise which are critical to providing project and task management for AR, AP, GL and Procure to pay modules.

·         The responsibility also to manage progress toward resolving critical production support and application enhancement requests as prioritized with IT Department.

·         The individual must possess a strong understanding of Oracle EBS R12 in the areas of Order Management, Procurement and Financials including the modules like GL, AP, and AR.

·         Work with the Finance, Logistics and Procure to Pay business community to understand their current processes, system issues and requirements and objectives for the future.

·         Work with the business community and the Financials and Procure to Pay applications support team to ensure production support and application enhancement requests and system changes are prioritized.

·         Work directly with IT SMEs / functional specialists / business users to thoroughly understand functional requirements to produce highly effective technical design documentation using best practice development standards.

·         Hands-on experience in Data Conversion, Data Migration, Report Generation and Developing Interfaces within several modules in Oracle Applications.

·         Review business requirements with the goal of developing high-level solution design, timelines and resource estimates for implementation, including deployment recommendations factoring in the Technology Department's standards, security, audit and compliance requirements.

·         Assist with the month end and year end period closure process

Requirements:

·         In-depth BI publisher knowledge with hands on experience

·         Strong PL/SQL working experience

·         In depth knowledge of AR, AP and GL modules

·         Knowledge in Order to Cash, Procure to Pay functionality is a plus.

·         Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with all management levels.

·         Strong oral and written communication skills.

·         Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills within functional and technical areas.

·         Strong leadership skills showing the ability to lead a small team of techno-functional specialists in Oracle e-Business Suite R12 solutions delivery.

·         Attention to detail and organization of status reports and team workload.

·         Ability to capture decisions made in meetings and clearly documents them.

·         Strong communication skills including demonstrated experience to effectively engage, influence and articulate technical business issues and solutions to a variety of stakeholders. Strong listening and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to interpret functional requirements into technical options and design
