Responsibilities:
• Business Analyst is responsible for leading the process development, systems capability roadmap, and implementation of high-quality Order Management and Fulfillment systems.
• Partner with business function leaders to jointly define the business strategies & priorities, develop the systems capability roadmap for high-volume, high-scale global fulfillment & logistics, leveraging technology solutions to deliver business value.
• Lead and oversee the development & reliable execution on a program plan that covers the full lifecycle of technology solution delivery, and be accountable for overall health of the global fulfillment & logistics systems.
• Evaluate existing fulfillment & logistics processes and identify opportunities for savings and improvement through the use of automation Work with partners on the design and deployment of complex integration of fulfillment & logistics automation systems
