Position : SAP HR Time Management & HR Functional Support Analyst

Location : Exton, PA

Type : Contract

Start Date:          April 18, 2016   We can slow this process down if need be (meaning if someone needs to give a notice)

Duration:             December 31, 2016 with extension

 

Travel %: 10%

Job Title:              SAP HR Time Management & HR Functional Support Analyst

 

Key Job Responsibilities:

·         Providing customer support for break-fix issues logged by the business.  This includes timely response, analysis, and issue resolution for the customers.

·         Actively work with business users and other members of the SAP support team to identify and implement needed SAP enhancements for the business that aligns with IS guiding principles.

·         Contribute to SAP projects that require SAP operations expertise.

·         Understanding of full-project life cycle methodology.

·         Participate in system sustaining activities such as support pack applications, upgrades, and/or applying OSS notes to fix isolated system problems.

·         Able to lead business through functional upgrades to existing deployed scope.

·         Capable of deploying customer requests in a release based strategy approach.

·         Integrate with other functional areas to provide various degrees of customer support.

·         Thorough documentation of BPP's, SLA's, KPI's, functional specifications, issues, issue resolutions, and other project related documents.

·         Comfortable speaking with business users on a regular basis

·         Ability to train key business users on occasion.

 

Key Job Requirements:

·         Minimum of 4+ years as a support analyst, power user, or consultant in the HR modules (listed above) of SAP

·         Bachelor's degree required. MIS, HR, or related field preferred

·         Excellent analytical, problem solving, and computer skills

·         Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills

·         Experience with SAP HR 5.0 is a plus

·         Ability to support, configure, establish master data, and map to business processes the following key sub-modules of SAP:

·         Time Management
