Position – IBM BPM Tech Lead OR senior or Developer

Requires good experience implementing IBM BPM as part of a service-oriented architecture for managing dynamic business process. Must be proficient with the complete BPM implementation cycle, including business process modeling, tool installation, development, testing, and deployment. Needs a solid background with integration, including integrating IBM BPM with back end systems/DB's

Technology - Java/J2EE, IBM BPM 8.x, SOAP, Oracle 9i, XML, UML, Webservices,

Experience –

 Mandatory

•         6-8 years overall IT experience

•         Over 2 years in IBM BPM

•         Over 4+ years experience in J2EE

•         Experience in Agile based software development methodology

•         Experience in software estimation techniques.

•         Strong background in design and development of business process models in Lombardi BPM or IBM BPM V7.5 or 8.X

•         Sound knowledge and experience on design and development of Coaches, Coach Views, UCA (Event and timer).

•         Sound knowledge and experience on design and development of Responsive coaches

•         Knowledge and experience in developing reports, default & custom Dashboards.

•         Experience in Decision Service, Implementation Services, Ajax Service, Integration Services, Document Management, Rest Calls

•         Able to create High Level Design and solutions for BPM projects.

•         Good communication (verbal and written), team and client management skills.

Good to have

•         knowledge & experience on Rule Services, Integration with ODM,

•         knowledge & experience on Advanced Integration Services, Integration with ESB,

•         Developing web services and Oracle PL/SQL is preferred, Knowledge on Integration of IBM BPM with external systems, Knowledge in WebSphere application server,

Hands on experience in the Java, JavaScript, JS frameworks like Dojo, JQuery and others, HTML 5, CSS 3.

Responsibility -

•         Understand Business functionality and create induction docs

•         Architect and design the interface between IBM BPM and external systems using SOAP and EJB services

•         Design, development and implement complex web-based applications in a J2EE

•         Experienced with SOA

•         Own and deliver projects/modules leveraging offshore project team (this is requirement for later stage)

•         Interact and work closely with offshore project team (this is requirement for later stage)
