Job Posting Title      :              Workday Integration Developer

Work Location         :              MA/ MN

Duration                    :              Long Term month (open ended contract on W2)

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

 

The Workday Integration Developer key activities include support and development for all integration related activities.  This role will work directly with the business analyst to identify how an integration will support the key Workday business processes. They will determine "how" to efficiently deliver those capabilities using integration technology..  Research, analyze, determine capabilities and propose solution alternatives that address specific business needs and product / service IT strategies.  Collaborate with business and Process team subject matter experts to identify alternative solutions and advise them both on options, risks, cost/benefit impact and fit with program priorities.

 

In executing this role, the Workday Integration Developer is responsible for the following deliverables:

·         Analyze, Design, Build, Test, and Implement Integration Solutions.

·         Provide production support for Integration defects

·         Provide new integration development

 

 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Identify the appropriate Workday Integration tool to meet the needs of each integration requests.  This includes EIB, Studio, Connector, or Web Services.
  • Understanding of PGP encryption and SFTP technologies.
  • Ensure adherence to data privacy and security standards
  • Monitor production support errors, key expiration, and notifications.
  • Performance testing including individual and overall system concurrency testing.
  • Provide HP Quality center integration test evidence
  • Provide design and mapping documents
  • Provide production support documentation and knowledge transfer
  • Provide estimate and status updates to the PMO and leadership team
  • Provide reporting and calculation field solutions including Studio BIRT.
  • Provide regression testing for Workday 2x/year releases
  • Adhere to Sox, Audit, and privacy standards
  • Production migration support and cutover steps including backup procedures for source code

·         Understanding of Workday HRMS events and business processes

  • Monitor Workday community for solutions and brainstorms

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, THE FOLLOWING BASIC QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE EVIDENT ON YOUR RESUME

 

EDUCATION REQUIRED: 

·         GED/High School Graduate

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

·         2+ years' IT or technical experience with a high school degree,

 

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

·         2+ years of experience with Workday in the HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Contingent, Payroll Integrations, and Total rewards process area.

·         2+ years of experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and connectors

 

TRAVEL

·         Ability to travel 5% internationally where needed.

·         2+ years of business and/or technical consulting experience or equivalent
