· Interview business staff and review documents
· Develop and/or update business process maps
· Surface and identify process pain points
· Document business requirements
· Translate business requirements into functional specifications
· Basic understanding of relational databases
· Develop and apply functional testing scripts
· Knowledge of KYC and Client Onboarding
