Quality Assurance Analyst with Oracle EBS 
Atlanta, GA

Responsibilities (including but not limited to): 
Demonstrate the ability to work in a highly demanding fast paced environment managing multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously. 
Provide ownership and accountability for assigned testing, keeping aware of progress and risks per milestone. 
Ensure delivery against QA department goals and objectives, i.e. meeting commitments and coordinating overall quality assurance schedules. 
Anticipate program release problems and take corrective action, escalating as needed, to resolve and achieve commitments. 
Provide effective communication regarding issues, objectives, initiatives and performance measurements against set plans. 
Analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into manual and/or automatable scenarios. 
Utilize HP ALM/QC for test planning, test execution, and defect management. 
Define, document and maintain thorough test plans and test scripts/cases. 
Develop, maintain and execute test cases, ensuring the quality and stability of the system throughout the project. 
Support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and/or Conference Room Pilot (CRP) as needed. 
Demonstrate a strong understanding of SDLC and QA's role during each phase. 
Demonstrate a strong understanding of QA best practices and methodologies including Waterfall and/or Agile. 
Utilize cutting edge testing tools such as HP ALM/QC, TurnKey, QTP etc. 
Maintain solid level of knowledge in Manheim applications 
Review technical, functional design and requirements to identify applicable happy and negative test cases and scenarios.

Qualifications (Special Knowledge, Education, Ability and Skills): 
2+ years of work experience, identifying, writing, maintaining and executing test cases, test scenarios and test scripts. 
2+ years working in Waterfall and/or Agile environments. 
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management or Engineering; or equivalent work experience (preferred). 
Proficient in Microsoft Office products Word, Excel, Access, Visio and PowerPoint. 
Experience with SQL and back end testing is a plus. 
Excellent understanding of Web Service is a plus. 
Experience in data warehouse testing is a plus. 
Experience in Oracle Financials (P2P, O2C and/or R2R) is a plus. 
Be organized, test creatively, adapt to changing requirements, estimate/re-estimate work efforts, and provide frequent status updates to the QA Lead and/or QA Manager. 
Flexibility to work off hours when required. 
Strong analytical skills and experience with interviewing SME's to gather information. 
Excellent problem solving and documentation skills. 
Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
Ability to work effectively with others across the organization. 
Ability to quickly master and apply new technologies.
