Requisition Details:
This is for a Senior K2 Developer.
Must have experience developing SmartForms, workflows, and working in the mobile environment.
Includes scripting, configuration, integrations and administration. Gather business requirements for each module of the system from functional teams
Develop system testing procedures Build or update documentation to ensure standard procedures and knowledge transfer
Troubleshoot issues
Development of workflow, Java Script routines and other configuration and customization of the system per business requirements
Maintain communication with management and customers regarding status of the system
Basic/Required: Legally authorized to work in the United States Bachelor's degree in MIS or Computer Science or other IT related
10+ years of experience using ITSM systems (Remedy, ServiceNow, etc)
Experience developing with Javascript, XML, HTML
