You will

• Elicit customer-focused requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts for our workstream to create Subscription Management System to service third-party partners.
• Guide, influence and challenge stakeholders to understand the relative business benefits of their ideas and concepts.
• Prioritize business requirements with the wider team, in line with the program roadmap and delivery plan.
• Define development-ready delivery requirements using user stories, acceptance criteria and wireframes.
• Produce high-quality, clear and consistent artifacts that are required through all phases of delivery.
• Design solutions that meet people, process and technology needs and provide a clear route to the Future State.
• Manage requirements through project lifecycle, ensuring requirements traceability from analysis and UAT through to delivery.
• Work closely with internal development team, vendors, and third parties to implement and deploy successful projects.
• Be a domain expert in your area and a key member of the Customer Engine Business Analysis team, contributing to consistent quality and excellence.
• Be based in our Princeton, NJ office.

Your Experience

• At least 5 years working as a Business Analyst (required)
• Worked in the media, publishing, or a similar consumer focused industry (highly desirable).
• Delivered projects in agile / iterative environments with experience of methodologies such as SCRUM (highly desirable).
• Have worked on a commerce platform (highly desirable).

• Skilled and structured in analytical thinking and strong at problem solving
• Able to design solutions that meet a range of sometimes conflicting requirements.
• Able to use visual techniques in diagrams and informally on the whiteboard, that make it easier to understand and reason with difficult problems.
• Able to clearly communicate complex technical subjects to business and technology stakeholders.
• Able to learn quickly, adapt well and self-organize
