Duration : 12 + Month

Required Technical Skill Set: CMS – HP Autonomy Teamsite / SharePoint Preferred.
Must-Have
• Minimum 10+ years IT experience, with at least 5+ years in
Business Analyst position.
• Experienced with Web based Solutions.
• Knowledge on ECM. SharePoint preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with working on AGILE Methodology.
• Stakeholder coordination and management.
• Ability to communicate at all levels of the business.
• Technical background ideally within Managed Services and IT
outsourcing industry
• Strong knowledge and experience on Functional Requirement
gathering and translating to Use Case , User Story , Functional
Specification.
• Understanding of Business Process Modelling using UML and Visio.
Good-to-Have
• Maintains a broad and current knowledge of the industry.
• CMS / Web Application User Knowledge.
• Branding and Personalization of Web Portals
