• At least 3-4 years of IT experience in development/support/analyst positions
• ServiceNow Development experience – 2 years
• JavaScripting – 2 years
• HTML/CSS experience – 2 years
• Jelly (preferred)
• Working knowledge of XML and Web Services (SOAP/REST)
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication to be able to communicate solution to non-technical business partners/customers within the company
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Certifications Required:
• ITIL Foundations v3
• ServiceNow Administrator
• ServiceNow Advanced Certification (preferred)
