DevOps Engineer
Location: Chicago, IL
Length: 6-12 months
Start: ASAP
Interview: phone
Rate: $45/HR

Overview:
The developer will assist with the design, build, implementation, and support of a portfolio of applications for a large Financial Services client.
Responsibilities
(1) developing code as a result of new business requirements and solution specifications;
(2) developing fixes as a result of production tickets;
(3) providing development support for system, user, and performance testing;
(4) creating and updating design and code construction documents as a result of new code, code changes, and code fixes

Required Skills
1. Strong background in Linux/UNIX administration
2. Strong in writing UNIX/Linux shell script
3. Infrastructure configuration and deployment experience
4. Ability to learn and use a wide variety of open source technologies
5. Automation/ Dev ops experience
6. Manage different infrastructure environment
7. Knowledge of Iaas is plus.
