Skills: VB.Net, SQL Server, C#, ASP.Net, Angular, jQuery, Handlebars  

·         Experience is tricky here. Someone straight out of college will not work due to the advanced work and tight project timelines but if someone has 3-4 years it could potentially work depending how good they are. Most of the time still too green for us

·         VB.NET – This is trickier to find because most .NET programmers do C#. Some do not want to code in VB.NET. If someone has done VB.NET at some points and has been programming in C# but is willing to switch over that works as well. Meaning VB.NET does not have to be the most recent language they have used but they have to have some experience with it at some points.

·         SQL Server – The biggest one. This is the immediate knockout if they don't have very strong database query and design skills. Our developers all work with databases in terms of running queries, designing, etc. As we have lots of data..

·         Web Programming – ASP.NET. Must know how web programming works. Some programmers have worked more with Windows vs Web.

·         Front end frameworks are a +.. Angular, Jquery, handlebars, etc
