Job requirement:
Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent for complex Technical requirements
Must be able to work independently in a fast-growing environment
Must have sales and recruiting experience
Should have good Experience in rate negotiations
Good Communication Skills.
Pre- Requisites:
Good oral & written Communication skills.
Strong Inter personnel Skills.
Ability to interact with High Professionals.
Ready to work under extreme situation.
Should believe in long-term relationship with company
