Job Description:

We are looking for Experienced Salesforce QA Lead who thrives on working on cutting edge programs and solutions and has the energy and motivation to develop and manage a Quality Assurance team and process. This individual will define the QA strategy, develop and drive quality assurance standards and measures for client Systems team to effectively support our growing portfolio of programs and system solutions, and ensure they are operating and functioning at the highest standards.

This individual will be responsible for the following:

• Analyzing the testing requirements of each custom configuration, based on the specific needs of that business unit, and developing end-to-end Test Plan

• Creation of detailed Test Case and Scenarios

• Hands-on test execution for specific business units

• Managing the efforts of off-shore team, ensuring high quality and timely delivery

• Primary point of contact for key business stakeholders and Technical Salesforce development configuration teams

• Testing of Salesforce -based customizations, as required

• Develop and maintain detailed, consolidated Testing Schedule for all elements of the global initiative

• Provide ongoing updates to business stakeholders - proactively identifying delivery risks and what is being done to minimize their impact

The QA Lead will be required to have expertise in the following:

• 3+ years of Salesforce application testing experience by creating test plans, test procedures, and documentation

• Manage and lead the team of QA Analysts and Testers responsible for implementing testing techniques that allow the systems to be validated for accuracy ( Functional, Regression, System Integration, User acceptance and Post Production support) reflecting a quality end state, on a real time basis. Oversee the participation of resources on individual projects across the enterprise

• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce application - including current release

• Prior experience testing multiple Salesforce implementations (including custom configuration)

• Prior experience managing off-shore resources (India)

• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple, concurrent testing projects

• Excellent verbal and written skills

• Extensive knowledge of QA process/procedure best practices

• Worked in an Agile (Scrum) environment

• Working experience on JIRA Agile tool and HP ALM
