As an Agile Team Facilitator/Agile Coach, you will support Solution Delivery through teaching, guiding, and enabling teams to deliver highest value in the most effective manner. Coaches lead by example by embodying lean leadership and agile mindset. Meeting teams where they are at in their Agile journey, from the fundamentals of Lean or Scrum to the complexity of SAFe, the coach shepherds the team by fostering fun, creativity, risk taking, and innovation while instilling knowledge how to in the fundamental capabilities of agile teams that lead to optimal performance, highest engagement, and greatest value to our customers.
*Two or more years of IS experience in technology and/or business functions in an agile role (scrum master, PO, SA (Scaled Agilist), SPC). 4 plus years for P3.
*Experience with delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and the ability to work with teams to help them make the best decision on how to approach their effort.
*Ability to observe, lead, and teach facilitation of key events from Planning Increments to Problem Solving exercises
*Passionate about building relationships and a community
*Experience with TFS and/or LeanKit a plus
*Focus on respect for people and building autonomy, mastery, purpose
*Independent thinker
