·        Proven strong analytical and technical ability
·        Extreme focus on detail and data quality
·        Good verbal/written communication skills
·        Technical acumen with the ability to learn quickly in area of data analysis
·        Strong data knowledge of and experience in the Sales, Marketing, and Support/Service organization
·        Strong interpersonal and communication skills
·        Ability to work on assignments independently and in a team setting
·        Must be self driven, self managed, highly motivated and have a strong drive for results

·        Education/Experience:
·        3+ years working with IT systems and data improvement
·        1+ years working with Salesforce.com preferred
·        SalesForce Admin Certification (201) is preferred.
·        Experience with CRM and ERP data sets
·        Experience in a Global Enterprise Organization preferred
·        Experience with data tools such as Excel, CRM Fusion, Data Loader, DBAmpPro, SQL, Salesforce.com Reports
