Title: PeopleSoft Developer–ELM/HCM
Location: Washington, DC
Duration: Long Term
Rate: DOE

Description: Provide development and business expertise. Work closely with IT applications and business owners.
Responsibilities:
· ELM v9.1 Application Development: Hands-on experience in developing reports, interfaces, conversions, and implementation of custom solutions that need to be designed, developed and delivered.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Configure ELM module and engage with stakeholders to produce solutions
· Training Support: Design ELM to support training initiatives - Certification Management/Requirements Gap Analysis/Qualification Requirements Report/Audits.
· Coding: Experience in programming code to address HCM/ELM interface issues
· Troubleshooting: Resolve issues related to business processes between ELM & HCM modules
· Integration: HCM/ELM integration knowledge to develop and integrate technical solutions and business processes
Minimum qualifications
· Undergraduate Degree: BS/BA: Computer Science or Information Systems / Technology or Business / Finance or other technically relevant degree
· 6+ years of Experience: Hands-on technical experience in developing HCM/ELM v9.x solutions and production support
· SDLC: Proven track record of successful implementation of all project life cycle stages from requirements gathering through implementation and enhancements
· PeopleSoft Tools: Hands-on working knowledge of one or more PeopleSoft Advanced Tools Application Package
· Technical Skills: SQL, Crystal, SQR, nVision, Query Manager, People Code, Oracle Databases
· Experience working on public/private transportation projects which include busses, trolleys, light rail, subways, commute trains, etc. will be an added advantage.
Position - 2
Title: PeopleSoft Functional Analyst–HCM/ELM
Location: Washington, DC
Duration: Long Term
Rate: DOE
Start Date: Immediate
Status: Citizen / GC / OPT / EAD / H1B
Description: Provide functional and business expertise. Work closely with IT applications and business owners.
Responsibilities:
· Support Services: Provide efficient support services all through the Software Development Life Cycle that includes design, development, integration, testing, training, deployment and sustainment phases of the Project (from the transition of fielding support until attainment of full deployment).
· Troubleshooting: Resolve issues related to business processesbetween ELM & HCM modules
· Training Support: Prepare ELM functional documents to supporttraining initiatives - Certification Management/Requirements Gap Analysis/Qualification Requirements Report/Audits.
· Testing& QA: Define test scenarios based on requirements; generate test scripts and test integration functionality
· Fit-Gap Analysis: Perform "fit-gap analysis" to analyze information system between the baseline, user operational requirements, and operating capability of products
Minimum Qualifications
