Position               : Identity and Access Support Generalist
Location               : Southboro, MA

Duration               : Long Term

 

Job Description :

Experience in customer facing support role:

1-2 years of data or application customer support troubleshooting;

1-2 year Identity and Access experience.

                                                               

Required Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Troubleshooting skills across multiple link data sets and/or applications.

Basic understanding of IAM systems including UNIX, Active Directory and provisioning systems

Ability to describe complex technical systems or principals in non-technical terms.

Results driven

Highly collaborative ethic and experience working in global teams/organizations

Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
