Qualifications:

•             7+  years experience in a business intelligence/data warehousing arena in the areas of requirements gathering, design, development, integration, implementation, testing and maintenance.

•             4+ years experience with SAP Business Objects products(BO 4.0, 4.1 preferably) in universe design, report development(breaks, filters, sections, folds, linking multiple providers, variable creation, charts, drill-through, etc.),  and complex object design expertise using features such as @prompt, @ aggregate aware functions, cascading LOV's, etc.

•             Experience and ability to recommend/apply data warehousing best practices for design of robust/sustainable underlying database model designs and reporting solutions.

•             Extensive data analysis skills with strengths in drilling into underlying databases for discovery and trouble-shooting.

•             SQL skill competency at advanced level or greater.  Proficiency in reading/accurately interpreting sql scripting/stored procedures.

•             Broad experience in and on relational databases (i.e. sql server, etc.). Deep understanding of the practical application of data relationships from various and differing systems (both technical and process).

•             Experience in Agile development methodology.

•             Self-starter, who is accustomed to working with aggressive project timelines and who has a strong history of delivering high quality technical solutions to data-based business problems

•             Ability to learn quickly, master our existing systems and identify opportunities for improvement.

•             Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills.

•             Travel domain data experience a plus.

•             Database development, BI visualization tool experience (Tableau, QlikView, etc.) data warehouse/data mart schema design experience a plus.
