Deep understanding of HANA performance troubleshooting in large scale-out environment
Solid understanding of overall HANA appliance, in memory technology, hardware / software infrastructure
Ability to work on multiple issues/projects in parallel, steer team, set up long term solution direction
Ability to independently lead HANA modeling issues, troubleshoot and create quick fixes
Solid fundamental of SQL scripting, database fundamentals, triggers, stored procedures
Good understanding of data provisioning, SLT replication technology
Good understanding of SAP data e.g. FI-GL, AP, AR, COPA, Costing, Orders, Billing, CRM, etc. Preferred SAP BW background
